Meet Kris Ramirez

As a seasoned real estate professional, Kris values the importance of making connections and building relationships with sellers, investors and lenders. Passionate about real estate investment, Kris has been a full-time active investor in the central Texas real estate market for over 8 years and enjoys problem solving creative solutions for homeowners and sharing her knowledge and experience with local investors. Her strengths in due diligence, property and funding analysis, and negotiation and marketing tactics have led to a successful business owning a portfolio of residential homes, home renovation projects all sold for a profit, and joint ventures with developers and builders in the Austin\San Antonio markets.

In addition to building a real estate business, Kris is a graduate of UT Austin and has worked in the fields of education and public management/relations and is a Certified Public Manager. She has been an Austin native for over 28 years and enjoys live music, exploring nature and hiking.
