ABOUT ME

As a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the importance of building relationships with sellers, investors and lenders. The knowledge I have gained through these relationships, coupled with a degree in education and coursework in business and public management, have provided me with a valuable skill set that includes due diligence, property and funding analysis, and negotiation and marketing tactics. These are skills that I use every day in real estate transactions and negotiations.

Passionate about real estate investment, I have been a full-time active investor in the central Texas real estate market for over 7 years and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with local investors, both passive and active.

 Accomplishments include acquiring a portfolio of residential homes, home renovation projects that were all sold for a profit and joint ventures with developers in the Austin/San Antonio markets.  Lead generation, acquisition and disposition. In addition, I have been a private money lender for many residential projects as well as a passive investor in several commercial projects.

An Austin native for over 25 years and I enjoy spending my free time exploring my beautiful community with my family, making connections with like-minded investors and hiking with family and friends.
